Size is cut to the form the buyer specified: flakes, kibbled, granules or powder.

Optical sorting removes foreign matter and off-spec pieces.
Herbs and spices are cleaned, graded and prepared for the export pack.
Where required, lots are treated to meet the microbiological spec of the destination market.
